MicroVitamin Affiliate Program — Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to everyone using the program: MicroVitamin ("we", "the merchant") and you, the affiliate who refers customers to us. By joining, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them in full, please don't register or take part.

1. Registration

We may approve or reject any affiliate registration at our sole discretion, and may remove an affiliate who breaches these terms.

2. Commission structure

You earn 10% of a referred customer's first order and 5% of their later orders, calculated on the order value excluding tax and shipping. We may update the program, including commission rates, as it grows; we will give notice before any change, and changes apply to future orders only.

3. Links and coupon codes

Your affiliate link is generated automatically; you can also create links for a specific product or collection. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate's link, the most recent click counts. If you're assigned a coupon code, its details appear on your dashboard; a customer who both clicks your link and uses your code generates one commission, not two. If you haven't been assigned a code, don't promote one.

4. Genuine referrals only

Commissions are paid on customers you genuinely referred.

No coupon or deal sites. Posting your code or link on coupon, voucher, or deal sites (or in browser coupon extensions) is not allowed. Commissions generated that way will not be paid, and repeat violations end your participation.

No self-referral. Orders you place for yourself through your own link or code are not referrals and earn no commission. We review referral orders under a fair-use policy and may reject any that don't meet these terms.

5. No paid advertising

You may not use any form of paid advertising to promote MicroVitamin or drive traffic through your link — including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and any other pay-per-click, paid search, paid social, or paid placement. Promote through organic channels only: your own content, social media, email list, blog, YouTube, podcast, and word of mouth. Violation means immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. What you may say

Don't make medical or disease claims about our products, and don't present them as treating, curing, or preventing any condition. We provide approved wording and materials (see section 7); when in doubt, use those or ask us first.

7. Marketing materials

We may share banners, logos, and promotional media through the Marketing tool tab. You can download these or use the embed code on your channels.

8. Payment

Add your payment details under Settings; the payment schedule is on the Affiliate Guide page. Commissions are paid on successfully completed transactions only — orders that are refunded or charged back are not paid. Commission status appears in the Commission tab and payments in the Payment tab.

9. Tracking and cookies

We track referrals with a cookie set when someone clicks your link or uses your code. The cookie duration is stated on the registration form; orders within that window credit to you without another click. If a customer blocks or clears cookies, we can't track them and can't pay commission on their orders.

10. Leaving the program

To be removed from the program, email brad@microvitamin.com. Questions about these terms can go to the same address.

This Privacy Policy of UpPromote about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

About Cookies

“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.

Cookies are created when a user's browser loads a particular website. The website sends information to the browser which then creates a text file. Every time the user goes back to the same website, the browser retrieves and sends this file to the website's server.

Because cookies allow you to take advantage of some of Affiliate marketing system’s essential features, we recommend that you leave them turned on.

Information sharing

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through brad@drstanfield.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
